How Quickly do you ship?
As soon as possible! I pride myself keeping my customers happy by completing transactions quickly, so depending on what time I get your order I ship it within 1-2 business days. Now of course I am just one person so if I am on vacation, or ill, or whatever, then sometimes I will have a slight delay in shipping. I will try to notify you if this is the situation.

What domestic shipping service do you use?
I send everything via USPS First Class Mail and I always use delivery confirmation. Designs de Luna is not liable for any lost items or damages that occur while shipping. Therefore I encourage you to purchase shipping insurance.

What International shipping service do you use?
I send everything through the USPS, in the case of international shipping I am not able to purchase delivery confirmation at my advertised international shipping rate. If you are interested in this or insurance or any other services, please contact me and provide me with the address and country you wish to send it to! Designs de Luna is not liable for any lost items or damages that occur while shipping. Therefore I encourage you to purchase shipping insurance.
